  • david arnold

    senior Pastor

Dave received his BA in Psychology from Oakland and his MA in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix. It was during his college years that he became a follower of Christ. Dave worked for 9 years with Mohave County Probation Department in Kingman Arizona as a deputy probation officer. In 2000 he felt led to full time ministry and received his Master of Divinity from Multnomah Bible Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Dave then moved to Bullhead City in 2006 and became the senior pastor of City Bible Church in 2010.

Being a native “Michigander”, Dave passionately suffers with Detroit’s professional sports teams and is an avid University of Michigan fan. Dave also enjoys working out, listening to great music and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, especially in the Hualapai Mountains.

  • sherri Smith

    Director of ministries

Sherri accepted Christ as a teenager but drew away from her faith and eventually found things weren’t working out so well on her own. Once she came back to Christ (as a late bloomer), her path became more clear. She finished her BA in Social Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and was fortunate to find and attend City Bible Church where she was later hired as the Administrative Assistant in April of 2008. During her time with CBC she accepted more responsibility and her position merged into what is now the Director of Ministries.

Sherri and her husband Sonny have three grown daughters and two granddaughters. She is an avid animal lover and has four dogs and three cats sharing their home. She also enjoys reading a good mystery novel now and then and exercising.
