The staff at City Bible Church have a desire to help people experience a growing and maturing relationship

with Jesus that enables them to be a part of the kingdom mission we have been given by Jesus.

DAVID ARNOLD

David received his BA in Psychology from Oakland University and his MA in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix. It was during his college years that he became a follower of Jesus. David worked for 9 years with Mohave County Probation Department in Kingman Arizona as a Deputy Probation Officer.

In 2000 he felt led to full time ministry and received his Master of Divinity from Multnomah Biblical Seminary in Portland, Oregon. David then moved to Bullhead City in 2006 and became the Senior Pastor of City Bible Church in 2010. David received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Phoenix Seminary in 2019.

Being a native “Michigander”, David passionately suffers with Detroit’s professional sports teams and is an avid University of Michigan fan. David also enjoys working out, listening to great music and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, especially in the Hualapai Mountains.

angel Elste

church secretary

Angel accepted Jesus as her Savior as a small child and attended several different churches in a variety of denominations.  While she stopped going to church around the age of 13, Angel still believed in Jesus. It wasn’t until Angel had children of my own that she made the decision to go back to church at the age of 30. However, it wasn’t until Angel found City Bible Church that she really understood what it meant to follow Jesus.

Angel has been a caregiver most of her life, whether it was for extended family members, her own children, and now her mother now that her father has passed away. Angel still works caring for individuals with special needs. Angel has two adult daughters and is excited to serve as secretary at City Bible Church and looks forward to all the new adventures and challenges that will come her way!

BILL CASLIN

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR

Bill worked in the aircraft industry for over thirty years as a machinist building Boeing 747’s in California. He attended Hope Chapel of Hermosa Beach for over ten years and served in several ministries. He was on the church council, was head usher for eight years and for two years served as an Elder.

After retiring in 2014, he and his wife Ingrid moved to Ft. Mohave, Arizona. They started attending City Bible Church in Bullhead City and immediately became involved in ministry. Sadly, Ingrid passed away in 2016 after a long battle with health problems. Despite his loss, Bill has continued to serve in various ministries and in 2017 he became an Elder. In addition, he spent a lot of time helping Tom Messina with the responsibilities of the CBC Emergency Assistance Window and took over when Tom Messina retired in March 2021.
